Graduates / Final year student completing graduation in this academic year from any stream with above 20 years (at the training start date) and work experience between 0-2 years, who are interested to have a rewarding career in the Banking sector should join this course. Note that proficiency in English, spoken and written, is a pre-requisite for the programme.

Candidates shall need to appear and clear an Online Assessment. The candidates who clear the assessment will have to appear for 2 levels of interview one with IFM Fincoach Panel after clearing the same final interview with Axis Bank. Candidate clearing all 3 stages of selection process shall be eligible to join the programme.

The training will happen at IFM Fincoach in Mohali which green campus in the Mohali. The campus is spread across 5 acres and is a walled campus with a single entry and 24-hours security.

Eligible candidates should possess good communication skills and have a good command over the English language, both written and spoken.

Axis Bank will issue the student with a Admission offer letter that will stand confirmed once the student completes all phases of the training successfully. The student must be abiding by the terms & conditions mentioned in the offer.

The total fee for the programme is ₹38000/- (Inc. GST @18%).

Once you are selected by Axis Bank, you will have to pay an admission fee of ₹10,000 on getting the admission letter. The balance amount will have to be paid before the commencement of training, which is self-financed

The Phone Banking programme is an initiative by Axis Bank – IFM Fincoach focused on building talent at Axis Bank and aims to create next-generation.

No, the programme requires you to have completed graduation at the time of joining. But if you are in the final semester of your graduation, you can apply for 3rd Batch of the programme.

No, this is a fully residential programme, and you are required not to be in employment while undergoing this programme and at the time of joining this programme, you are required to submit a Relieving letter from your last employer.

Yes, we are ok for candidates who are beyond NCR reach provided they need to relocate to Noida sector 128 on their own cost.

We will have Telephonic / VC interview from HR side post HR selection & assessment clearance they will need to be interviewed by Business team at Noida (face to face only).

We would need candidates who have passed out with at least provisional marksheet / degree certificate to consider their candidature.

Any graduation passed will work out for us, B-Tech is also fine with us.

The student will be placed as a Phone Banking Officer at a Deputy Manager Grade at Axis Bank Noida Branch. The role of a Phone Banking Officer is Customer Service and Sales of Banking products.

  • The Axis Phones Officer role is focused on rendering services to Axis Bank customers and ensuring satisfactory, first-time resolution is provided for all customer queries.
  • To be successful at this role the incumbent needs to be the best for our customers by ensuring process efficiency and cross-sell/upsell set products.
  • The role is rotational shifts and week offs – 24/7 rotational shift.

    Work hours for Women: - 6:30 am to 9:30 Pm (rotational shifts)

    2 days week off on rotational basis.

    The annual CTC is Rs 3.96 Lakhs per Annum. This includes includes eligibility-based loan benefits, insurance benefits and retirals like PF & Gratuity.

    It depends on their performance & they will need to be at least 18 months to 24 months vintage to decide on their next role.

    The probation period is 6 months.
